What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is an opportunity for new leaders to benefit from the experience, perspective and commitment of seasoned leaders. It is also an opportunity for seasoned leaders to share their experience, knowledge and love of Guiding to a new leader or a leader who has taken on a new role in Guiding.
