Put two cookies together with frosting (using popsicle stick to spread).
Cut the third cookie in half and spread frosting along the cut edge.
Place this half cookie cut side down on the other two cookies.
This makes the basket handle. Eat the other half of the cookie.
Spread more frosting on either side of the handle and decorate with green coconut and jelly beans.
