Within our site, youŽll find many areas to explore as well as find out more about Guiding in Newfoundland and Labrador. Our goal is to provide information that will support you as a volunteer and enrich your Guiding experience.

Garden Party

The annual Government House Garden party takes place
Wednesday July 29, 2009 starting at 3:00pm.
Girls and Guiders wear full uniform and arrive at
2:00pm to sign in and be given instructions.
We need 15 girls from CBS Area, 15 girls from Avalon Area and 30 girls from St. John's Area (if you have more who want to attend we can accommodate them so take as many as you get within reason).
The girls can be 2nd & 3rd year Guides and Pathfinders and Rangers.
(Remember the trays are heavy so we need girls who can handle the carrying of these trays.)
Of course, we will need Guiders per ratio as well.

- Names for girls from each area along with their units, and the district where they are registered.

- Names and contact information of Guiders who will attend.

Please note: e-mail the complete list of information from your area, only one person from each area should get the information and send the completed list.

Safe Guide procedures should be followed and ensure that the photo release is signed.
