Fact Sheets for References:


The application instructions tell you to provide your reference with the reference form, the event fact sheet and a stamped, addressed envelope. Below you will find a one-page information sheet for your reference, containing:

· How-tos for filling out the form (online vs. printed form)
· Options for returning form to you if you prefer to retrieve it rather than have him/her mail it
· Overview of the qualifications looked for in applicants
· Short description of event, including whether it is a camping event

Please provide your references with the appropriate fact sheet(s) for the event(s) for which you are applying, along with a form and envelope. Please note the PDF version of the forms are intended for printing and then filling them out; the Word version is intended to be used if you are filling it out online.
