Trefoil Guild

Trefoil Guilds are for Guiders either active or retired who are 30 years old and over who wish to maintain a contact and association with Girl Guides. They are full Members of Girl Guides.

They have various interests from camping and hiking to quilting to lunching to attending lectures to helping with girl registrations or adult trainings, to plays and visiting museums  or all of the above depending on the interests and abilities of the Members of each Guild.

Women join the Trefoil Guild to

  • keep the spirit of Guiding alive
  • provide opportunities for fellowship,
    learning and fun
  • give service to Guiding and the community


Trefoil Guild activities include

visiting places of interest

  • enjoying social activities
  • engaging in non-Guiding events
  • contributing to Guiding and the community
  • helping as resource people
  • participating in local, provincial and/or national
    Guiding activities and events


When do they meet?

some meet monthly, others less frequently

  • during the day or evening, weekdays or weekends


Is there a Trefoil Guild uniform?

no official uniform

  • dress – adult uniform
  • casual – sweatshirt or vest
